Dear Hiring Manager,
The Veterans Administration has always been the leader in Veterans’ medical care, education, and benefits. Indeed, a search site has recently listed a Human Resources Manager Job at your location. I have worked at different management jobs for the last five years and am seeking a new opportunity; my job experience and training match the criteria for the position. Supporting my interest in Human Resources and management, I'm expecting to achieve my bachelor's degree in general Business with a concentration in business management at San Francisco State University.
As you will notice in my resume, I have extensive experience in customer service, financial counseling, and supervising. Additionally, I am an excellent communicator. I have the ability to perform multiple tasks and I am familiar with responsibilities associated with obtaining, verifying, and coordinating information.
I am enclosing my resume for your consideration and review. Thank you for your time and consideration. If you have any further questions or inquiries please feel free to contact me via any of my contact information provided. As well, additional references will be provided upon request.
It looks like you combined part one and part four which is fine. However, your résumé still needs work according to the notes I've provided on prior drafts. Your spelling and capitalization is also not standard so please make efforts to do some closer proofreading. Your letter is fairly well written but doesn't address the specific experiences and talents you have that would make you a good human resource manager. Human resources is a very specific field and while you've addressed some management issues and communication issues, I think you need to tie your experience and aptitude a little more clearly to the job requirements as listed. I think once you work on those two areas you will have a good project! Let me know if you have any questions.
As we've discussed, there are several challenges on this résumé that aren't following typical formatting. Job tasks are seen in bullet points and start with action verbs that show what your activities were on that job. Soft skills are also not spelled out separately but are embedded in the job or volunteer experience descriptions.
